Brandy. Lost you this morning from snake bite. Miss you so much. Abysinnian cat, with us for less than a year, since 10 wks old. Brought so much love and fun. Can’t believe you are gone. Vyvyan was with me for the last 5 and half years of my life. Throughout that time she consistently offered me her unconditional love. Vyvyan was always the kind of cat that would let you know exactly what was on her mind. She was not just a cat to me, Vyvyan was my baby, she helped me grow as a person, she tought me how to love and be patient beyond all else. I lost her so suddenly, without a chance to say good-bye…… I would do anything just to hold her one more time in my arms and kiss her little head. The memory of her is forever etched in my heart as my beautiful, loving baby.

Our cat Jack (Pudden) passed away on the 21 August 2006 aged 10 months, given to us by a friend in Watsonia VIC Christmas Eve 2005. Sadly only with us for about 9 months.
Jack you broke our hearts when you tragically left us as you were hit by a car out the front of our house by a driver who kept driving and didn’t care.
Jack wasn’t JUST a cat, he was unique had lots of attitude and did everything we didn’t want him to which made us love him more. I long to hear and see you scratching at the doors and see you in your bean bag by the heater. There’s a part of us missing without you. We still can’t believe you’re gone little feller.

DevonRex - Thomas died at the age of 5 on the 27/10/05 from eating snail bait. Missed incredibly from our household. Now that he’s gone it feels so empty and we all miss his warmth and gentle nature. Every night he’d hop into bed with me and snuggle up for the night. His playful side entertained me for hours on end. I always had someone to come home to, someone to show me affection. He came to us as a kitten of 11 weeks, and we fell in love with him at first sight.
Will be forever remembered and will always be in our hearts.

Minty - my beautiful tabby girl - entered my life and heart 28/07/02 at the RSPCA Dakabin (Brisbane) died 17/01/2006 from snakebite. Much loved and will always be missed by everyone including her best pussycat friend Gypsy.

You lived with me for 6 years before dying from lymphosarcoma, after six months of treatment, at the age of nine. You broke my heart beautiful boy and I still miss you.
I was never lonely coming home because you were always waiting at the door before racing me to jump on my bed. You were such a big, gentle cat with a big heart and beautiful blue eyes and I love you so. When you lay in the sun, your fur was so black that the colours of the rainbow came off it.
(His previous owner couldn’t keep him and I took him in just before he was to be handed in to the cat shelter at Greensborough. His two friends were already handed in. He spent months under my bed before he would trust me only coming out at night after I’d turned the lights out.)

My cat Timothy (Burmese cross) died of kidney failure December 13th 2005 at the age of 16. I have been blessed with him since he was 11 weeks old. I brought him from the Pearcedale Animal Aid in February 1990, he chose me that day. He was the best friend anyone could hope to have and I will miss him forever until I’m able to join him again. He’s now with his Grampa in heaven. He was extremely affectionate and we were hardly ever apart. He loved to sleep right next to me under the blankets at night and play in the sun by day.
Timothy, I love you and I don’t know what I’m going to do without you, I had almost 16 wonderful years with you, till we meet again my friend.

Salem McGown, AKA- Baobab, Saybay, Balemo. Salem died October 2005, aged 4. He was hit by a car.
My little man, I was so blessed to share your life, so cursed to have you taken from me. I miss your warm little self snuffling under the blankets, your clumsy, uncat behaviour, your nose inside the fridge whenever it opened, your constant purr and eyes aglow in your little bat face. Your absence has left a void in our house and in my heart. May Bast be watching over you. (Bast is the ancient Egyptian Cat Goddess).

We were given Fluffy as a kitten in 2001. She was a bit fiesty and crazy. She was a part of the family for 4 years. Fluffy passed away on 6.12.2005 at the young age of 4 due to being hit by a car. She was very much loved from the moment we brought her home. A happy fiesty cat with attitude but acted like a princess. She lives through the eyes of all her kittens. Fluffy you were a wonderful loving and unique cat that we will always remember and hold a special place in our hearts.

Clawed was a much loved member of our family for 10 years, he was the most lovable, gentle friend, who had the nicest nature. He is very much missed by the O’Brien family, especially his little doggie friends, Daisy & Schwarter. He passed away peacefully from cancer on 16 April, 2005.
