Skye

Name: Skye
Breed: Alaskan Malamute
Died: 08th of August, 2002
Aged: 5 years
Acquired: in Melbourne at 9 weeks of age
Name: Lorraine, Avondale Heights

Skye died in 2002 at the age of 5 years. She was much loved by everyone she came in contact with. She was a friendly, obedient, beautiful and most placid dog. She was the complete opposite of what everyone told me an Alaskan Malamute would be!! She had the most placid nature, and although cheeky, would melt your heart with one look at you with her big beautiful brown eyes. Skye will always be forever loved and always remembered. Each pet has a special place in my heart, and Skye will always hold a deep place lodged in my heart. Sadly missed and always loved,
Your “mummy”
Lorri … Lots of puppy cuddles and kisses to you in Doggy Heaven

A very loved member of the family and very Sadly missed.

Clawed was a much loved member of our family for 10 years, he was the most lovable, gentle friend, who had the nicest nature. He is very much missed by the O’Brien family, especially his little doggie friends, Daisy & Schwarter. He passed away peacefully from cancer on 16 April, 2005.

Suzie

Suzie, our beautiful Australian Terrier, passed away peacefully on the 22nd of May 2005, after never having a moment of illness. She was 16 years old and we had her for 13 of them. She was a typical red-head, boisterious, bouncy, full of cheek and loved every minute of her life. Her favorite things, apart from her companion, Towbar, were food and her bed. She died in her bed and we buried her in it.

We loved Suzie so much and though we know her time was up, we miss her and wish she was still with us every minute.

Mike

Lady

Her name was Willhaven Bright Future but commonly know to those who loved her as Lady. She was pure bred Collie who stole my heart 18 years ago, sadly put to sleep on the 9- 7-04 at the age of 20 years old. She was abused by her previous owners and came to me scared and timid, she was 2 yrs old. I had her 18 beautiful years but that was not long enough. She was my most loyal best friend, always there when I needed her. But most of all she was family!!!! Even though it’s been almost 1 year it still hurts so much and still feels like yesterday!!! I lost my precious girl, rest in piece Lad’s. I miss you so much baby but I know we will be together again.

Heidi

Heidi

Heidi died 23 July 2005 at the age of 3, the cause of death was that she got hit by a car trying to run away from the noise of fireworks. Heidi was very loved by the whole family which includes Austin, Ben, Ann, John, Ben, Jemma, myself and our other dog Bronson, her brother.

Love you Heidi.

Zebbie

Zebbie

Zebbie was our much loved Maltese dog who was a much valued addition to the Dortmans family for fourteen years. He was bought from a private breeder in Melbourne, but loved his life in the Gippsland bush. He died on March 24th 2005 from heart problems. Zebbie along with his equally loved mate, Tessa is sadly missed by us all. Sleep peacefully little mate, the most faithful of the faithful, until we meet again.

Jessie

Jessie was a beautiful golden Cocker Spaniel of 12 years - when she was diagnosed with TCC cancer on her nose Tuesday 12th April and was put to sleep on Saturday 16th April 2005 at Mansfield vets. Jessie was bought in Chelsea, Victoria in January 1993 from a breeder, her first outing was at Chelsea beach, so she loved holidays to Apollo Bay, Mansfield, Heathcote and lived with me in Newport, near Williamstown beach. Jessie was very spoilt, and much loved by everyone who came in contact with her…She now rests at Howqua in the high country.

Love you Jessie - hugs and kisses from your best friend Melissa - you will always be in my heart.

Much loved pet and best friend to our family, who will be sadly missed but never forgotten. We will always remember the happiness you brought us and the tears we have shed in making the decision to let you go. We take comfort in the knowledge that you died peacefully and are grateful that we had the opportunity to spend some time with you to give you our final cuddles and say our farewells.

Tashi, we will always love and remember you, may you be at peace.

Always in our hearts -

Case

Name: Case
Breed: Heeler X
Died: 25/6/05
Aged: 11 years 6 months (with us for 11 years)
Aquired: Lost Dogs Home, North Melbourne

Case

Our beautiful boy…Case. What a joy he was. How grateful we were that he chose us as his new parents at the Lost Dogs Home, 11 years ago. Tragically killed 25th June 2005. We try to erase that black day and remember all the great years of his love, loyalty and protection. Bacon and egg breakfasts will never be the same without his presence, the lip smacking, the sheer willpower he exuded so you would hand over some of his favourite snack. We will never forget him.
